ORDERS POLICY

 

·       All orders and transactions should be made through suppliree.com. You must Sign-up and register your company’s information along with the correct delivery address. All your transactions have records in the dashboard which you can monitor. There is a minimum amount in every purchase (refer the purchasing policy).

·       For technical reasons maybe occur in our website or within your company, Offline Purchase is available, which you may directly contact our sales department (call, email, or WhatsApp) or you may talk to our customer sales representative which they will transfer your calls to our sales team. The order may take time to process which our sales team will be asking your information and confirming from our database. An email/SMS will be sent to you for order confirmation.

 

Availability

In-stock items generally delivered in 48hrs/2 business days. Most of our products are depending from our suppliers. There are some items maybe appeared in our website that is not available direct from our suppliers. If this occurs, our sales team will contact you immediately and may give you an option or alternative of the product. If we do not have enough stock on hand to fulfill your order, we will send you an email notification and WhatsApp message within 24 business hours. If you have a time constraint on your order, please respond to that email so that our team can work on a solution for you.

 

Canceling / Modifying an Order

Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or canceled. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any order. Cancellation orders are registered on your dashboard and an email notification will be sent to you.

 

Online Security

To ensure our customers’ safety online, all orders will go through security checks before we start processing them. Please keep this in mind while ordering, as there may be a slight delay before processing for a small percentage of orders. If additional information is needed to help ensure the order’s validity, our customer sales representative will call you and send a message of confirmation.

 

Order Communication

Suppliree.com is an e-commerce platform which our main source of communication is through email. Calls and Messages from our representatives will only use for order confirmation, inquiries, and other related concerns with the order. All order updates will be sent to email address used when the order was placed. For this reason, please be sure to provide a valid and active email address when placing your order.

 

 

Price Changes and Updates 

·       Pricing on our website is listed at the wholesale level and updated in real time. Product pages will list impending suppliers price increases, where applicable.

·        For quotation request, prices are subjected to changes anytime if the order has not purchased on the time ordered. In order to ensure that you receive the most accurate pricing on your order, we recommend that you pay in full prior to the effective date of the increase. 

·       For Cash on Delivery orders, prices will not change once confirmed and paid during the delivery. 

·       All prices are subject to change without notice. In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a website error, Suppliree.com will resolve the discrepancy, at our discretion, on all orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. 

·       This resolution may involve coming to an agreed upon price with the customer or a cancellation of the order, resulting in a full refund.

 

Receipt of Incorrect Product

If you received the incorrect product, please keep the item(s) in the original packaging and contact our Customer Service or direct your concerns to Sales Account Manager. They will work with you to redeliver the correct item or arrange a refund. We may require a picture of the incorrect product you received and will cover the cost of return delivery for that item.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

 

Payment Methods

These are the following forms of payments that are acceptable.

·       Credit Cards - All orders must be placed online through our checkout process. We accept all major credit cards including Master Card or Visa and we are able to accept most prepaid credit cards as long as the card has been registered with a billing address. Only a single credit card may be used to process the order.

·       Debit Cards and Benefit Pay 

·       Cash on Delivery – it is advisable to keep an exact cash amount during payment as our driver are not bringing change or extra amount.

·       Benefit Pay Transfer – payment transfer on the time delivery, Benefit QR code is presented within the receipt.

 

Alternative Payments

(Manage by Accounts Manager)

·       Cheque – with a minimum order / transaction worth of BHD50. 

·       Bank Transfers – IBAN 

·       Credit Vouchers /Promo Code

 

The order will be placed on hold until payment has been received and confirmed from our accounts.

Once payment is cleared, the order will be released to process for delivery. All other alternative payment orders will be released as soon as the payment is received, with a minimum of 1 business day delay to receive payment.

 

 

 

Charges and Authorization

 

 

 

You agree to pay all charges shown on the transaction receipt, including delivery fees. And you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

Best By Date Policy

Our shelf-stable food and beverage products are designed for commercial use and would typically be shipped 1-3 months before the best by date. The exact remaining suggested shelf life will vary by item due to the nature of each product, and may be shorter with items that require refrigeration. All products will be delivered as per manufacturers expiration date. Suppliree.com never create any expiration or alteration on the expirations of the products.

 

Content Policy

Generic / Unbranded Items

On our website, some of our lowest price’s items are listed as generic. In other words, we do not have a specific supplier name associated with the product. The product is sourced from a variety of suppliers according to price and availability so we may both quickly and fairly accommodate your needs. We do our best in updating our site with any changes in the products and there may be instances where there is a slight variance in the look and feel of the product due to a change in vendors. Suppliree.com does its best to always have the lowest prices. If you find a lower price from one of our competitors, including delivery, please bring it to our attention and talk with us. Our Sales Team will be happy to assist you. We will do our best to beat the advertised price.

 

Sales and Coupon Code Policy

As B2B platform, we are a bulk distributor of food & non-food service supplies, we make sure to advertise our lowest prices on our website, including discounts we receive from our Suppliers that are passed onto our customers.

On the occasion that Suppliree.com is providing a coupon as part of marketing campaign, it is best to read the terms and conditions associated with the coupon. Most coupons have an expiration date associated which means they will be honored or used while the coupon is valid. 

 

Samples

Suppliree.com may provide samples on some selected products which you need to fill out the request form. Our Sales Team will contact you directly if the specific item has samples available. The samples may take a day/week/s to deliver at your own cost (delivery fee). For other items, we recommend purchasing a smaller pack size, when available, before committing to a larger order. Sometimes our suppliers will send out samples of selected products to our customers. You may contact or email our sales team to check if sample request can be sent to the supplier for the item(s) you’re interested in.

 

 

Warranty

If a warranty is available for an item, the details of the warranty can be found as a downloadable PDF labeled “Warranty” on the item’s page. All warranty claims are handled based on the manufacturer’s warranty policy. For items being used internationally, please confirm if the warranty is valid in the country.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

If you wish to return an item from an order, you must notify the driver during the time of delivery.

  • All returns of merchandise are subject to inspection before any actions are taken. The product must be in the original packaging and must be in a re-sellable format. If the product is removed from the original packaging or the original packaging is damaged, we cannot accept the product or issue a refund.
  • A return may be accepted on raw or fresh products during the delivery and upon checking. Once the order has been confirmed and received, no returns will be accepted.
  • We may be accepting a return for some products unsealed, but there will be a certain percentage to be deducted, which is 50%. The product is subject to inspection, and we reserve the right to reject the product.
  • All food items must be returned within 24 hours of the original delivery date, or we cannot return the product nor issue a refund.
  • All non-food products must be returned within 7 days of the original delivery date.
  • Delivery charges paid at the time of checkout will not be credited along with the return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return delivery unless it has been returned at the same delivery time.
  • If your original payment method was made by check, you will be offered store credit or a check refund.
  • We are not liable and do not accept returns for customized orders produced direct from our supplier.
  • For any refunds, a voucher coupon will be issued by our sales team. This voucher serves as an amount to be used only on our website for a new purchase. Suppliree.com will not issue cash or checks directly to our customers for any refunds.

TAX POLICY

 

A 10% VAT is applicable to certain of the goods and services listed on Suppliree.com, according to the Bahrain National Bureau of Revenue (NBR). The tax charges are shown after your purchase. Tax is not included in any of the pricing listed on our website.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

 

Address Change/Reconsignments

If a delivery address needs to be changed once an order has been processed, our delivery may be charged a reconsignment fee to update the delivery address. If an address change is requested, we will contact you via email/WhatsApp and call regarding the amount of the delivery fee. If we do not receive confirmation regarding the fee and address change, we will leave the address as it was originally entered during the checkout process. Please note that if our delivery attempts to deliver to the original address and they are unable to deliver, redelivery fees may apply in addition to any reconsignment fees.

 

Call Before Delivery

 

Prior Call “Call Before Delivery” ahead of delivery utilizing the phone number you provided at checkout, our Driver Agent will call you approximately 24 hours prior to the anticipated arrival of your purchase to make a delivery appointment.

 

For deliveries, a "Call Before Delivery" is necessary, and it is advised for firms with erratic hours. The operational timing of our delivery will be communicated to you by our sales team.

 

In the unlikely event that our delivery person is delayed, they will reschedule it for the soonest available time and confirm it first. You will be liable for any redelivery fees if you are unable to accept your delivery at the appointed time. If you need a delivery at a specific time instead of the standard 4-hour window, there may or may be additional expenses.

 

Commercial Addresses

 

·       The vast majority of our products will be delivered using Commercial Business Address to the address that is listed as the company/store address.

·       If the location/address is far from the boundaries or in a long-distance location, such as Askar to Durrat, additional fees may apply.

 

Delivery Conditions

If any item or packaging is damaged or missing, or if you suspect damage, you must do the following:

·       Don’t accept if seal/package is broken.

·       Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.

·       Keep a copy of the delivery receipt.

·       Contact us within one business day.

·       Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection.

·       Take photographs of the damaged items and packaging.

 

 

Despite the fact that our warehouse pays close attention to packaging quality control, we cannot guarantee that no damage will occur during delivery. In the event of damage, we will investigate through our logistics department. You accept responsibility and ownership for the delivery in the condition noted by signing the delivery receipt. We CANNOT guarantee any compensation for damages if part or all your orders are damaged, and you did not note this in any way on the delivery receipt. Signing the delivery receipt without noting any damage indicates that you received your package in good condition.


Due to the short time frame we have to deliver refrigerated and frozen food items to you in good condition, if an item is damaged or missing, please contact us within one business day so we can find a solution for you. Our Sales Department will contact you and may request additional information (may request pictures of the damage and for you to take a picture of the temperature of the item to help with the process).

Delivery Food Safety 

You are responsible for immediately checking the internal temperatures of refrigerated and frozen products upon delivery to ensure they are at food-safe temperatures per Ministry of Health guidelines. If you have any concerns about the temperature or condition of the product, please contact us within one business day of receiving it. You are responsible for properly storing or handling the items once you have received and signed them.

 

Delivery Time 

Our warehouses strive to process and deliver orders within 2 business days, depending on the date of delivery. Most of our products are ordered from various suppliers in Bahrain and delivered to our warehouse before being delivered to your delivery location, which may take 1-2 days depending on product availability. If your delivery date falls on a national holiday, please allow an extra day/s for delivery. Our warehouse observed the following public holidays and other public holidays (e.g., EID, National Day). Additional holidays may be observed by suppliers/companies, which may have an impact on our operations.
